Ivo’s proefnotitie van het het bier:
- Kleur: goud geel, troebel en een mooie stevige schuimkraag
- Geur: herkenbare weizengeur met kruidnagel, banaan en de zoetigheid van de honing komt in het aroma heel erg licht naar voren
- Smaak: hier komt de honing goed uit de verf en is flink aanwezig in het palet maar niet op een vervelende manier. Het bier is mooi gebalanceerd en de mouten hebben een goede balans met de honing. Hierdoor is het bier wel aan de zoete kant. Verder heeft het bier warme afdronk en erg veel smaak.

TOMAAT-MOZZARELLA-GEITENKAAS-BASILICUM HAPJES UIT DE OVEN

Ingrediënten voor vier personen:
- 3 plakjes bladerdeeg
- groene (basilicum) pesto
- 6 cherry tomaatjes
- 12 bolletjes mozzarella
- zachte geitenkaas (mild van smaak)
- Italiaanse kruiden
- 1 ei, geklutst
- kleine cupcake vormpjes
Bereidingswijze:
Snij de plakjes bladerdeeg in vieren. Bekleed de vakjes van een mini cupcake vorm met de kleine plakjes bladerdeeg. Prik wat gaatjes op de bodem, zo voorkom je dat het te veel gaat rijzen.
Verdeel een beetje pesto over de bodem van de bladerdeeg bakjes, ongeveer een kleine theelepel per bakje. Doe ook in elk bakje een bolletje mozzarella, een plakje geitenkaas en een half cherry tomaatje. Strooi wat kruiden over de hapjes.
Smeer de randjes van de bakjes in met een geklutst eitje.
Bak de caprese hapjes in 14 minuten op 225 graden.
